About the conference room
How many people does the room hold?
Up to 35 people in a cinema layout, 23 in a U-shape and 18 in a classroom layout.
What does a conference day cost?
A sample half day for 10 people comes to R1,800: R500 for the room and R1,300 for food and drinks from R&R Bistro. A sample full day for 10 people comes to R2,050: R750 for the room and R1,300 for food and drinks. The room has a minimum spend of R500. Send us your date and numbers for an exact quote.
Is catering included?
Not in the room hire. Tell us what you need and we arrange the food and drinks with R&R Bistro on site, with a minimum spend for each delegate. There is no coffee station, and no outside food or drinks are allowed. Delegates can also have dinner at the bistro.
Can delegates stay over?
Yes. Book rooms with your conference, and one invoice for your company covers the room, catering and accommodation.
What equipment is there?
The room has a projector, a sound bar and an air cooler, included in the hire. Wi-Fi is complimentary for every delegate. A flip chart and stationery are available on request, arranged ahead of time.
